What to send
The current application, ordinance and adopted amendments, relevant plan policies, maps, and your preferred report format.
Schedule
Target delivery is seven business days after receipt of the agreed complete materials, subject to the confirmed written schedule.
Remote delivery
Review, analysis, and report preparation are performed remotely. Staff provides site observations, photographs, maps, and local context when needed; materials, drafts, and final files are exchanged electronically, and the walkthrough takes place by video or phone. In-person attendance at hearings and public meetings is outside the standard engagement.
When a separate scope is needed
Complex cases, major planned developments, comprehensive plan amendments, and assignments requiring extensive original research are quoted separately.
Outside the standard engagement
Hearing attendance, applicant representation, legal opinions, technical engineering, surveying or environmental certifications, original technical studies, ordinance rewriting, and coordination not included in the written scope.
Scheduled capacity for recurring work.
Up to two accepted standard cases monthly in the same onboarded jurisdiction, with one consolidated revision round per case.

- Assigned work is completed remotely, with materials, drafts, and walkthroughs handled by video or phone.
- Same-jurisdiction source setup is reused when it remains unchanged.
- New jurisdictions, substantial code changes, added cases, and complex work require separate agreed quotes.
- Unused case capacity does not roll over; the engagement does not include unlimited calls, revisions, or emergency coverage.
A written agreement defines scheduling, billing, renewal, and cancellation before commitment.
